Relief and Maintenance Care

Our practice not only focuses on pain relief, but we prioritise ongoing wellness care. Chiropractor Don Murray is here to listen to your concerns, assess your condition, and create a plan of care that is right for you.

Initially, frequent visits may be necessary to alleviate discomfort. After about 12 visits, Don will conduct a reexamination to track your progress. He will then make any necessary adjustments to your care plan, including the frequency and duration of appointments.

An Array of Techniques to Serve Our Diverse Community

Our practice predominantly utilises the Diversified Technique, a gentle and specific hands-on adjustment method. This approach to chiropractic care minimises force while delivering targeted results. For more fragile patients or patients who may not be accustomed to traditional chiropractic techniques, Don utilises the Activator Method®.

Unlike the Diversified Technique, the Activator Method® relies on a small handheld instrument to deliver chiropractic adjustments without the cracking or popping often associated with chiropractic care. We also integrate the Gonstead Technique and drop tables to serve our diverse patient community better.
