Report of findings

Your Chiropractor will meet you in reception, take you through to a private office and provide an individual report. Your Chiropractor will explain clearly their findings and discuss with you their plan to get you back to optimal pain free health. After discussing the best of course of action to suit your needs you will have your first Chiropractic adjustment. You can wear normal clothes for this appointment. This appointment takes approx. 30 minutes.

Regular spinal adjustment

After an individual plan is made for you, you just need to make your appointments with reception. For these Chiropractic adjustments normal clothes can be worn. On arrival reception will tell you what adjusting room to go to meet your Chiropractor.

Re-examinations

Appropriate re-exams will be scheduled as you progress. This enables time to evaluate and explain modifications in your exercises and activities as your body strengthens. These appointments take approx. 20 minutes.
