What qualifications does a Chiropractor have?

Doctors of Chiropractic complete a 2-3 year Masters degree after completing a 3-year Bachelor of Science degree (medical school prerequisites). They receive thousands of hours of scientific education in anatomy and the function of the human body and the taking and reporting of X-Rays. Training also teaches Chiropractors the physical skill of giving an adjustment using the right amount of pressure at the proper time.

All Chiropractors at King Chiropractic are board registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) of the UK.

What is a 'subluxation'?

A subluxation is a misalignment/imbalance of the bones that house and protect the spinal cord. Any misalignment puts unnecessary pressure on the nervous system and damages the nerve supply to different parts of the body. Subluxations that are left undetected and unadjusted for many years can lead to symptoms of pain, diseases and an unhealthy expression of life.
